Basic Chair Yoga Sequence - a gentle approach
Chair yoga can be a great way for those who feel that 'normal' yoga is inaccessible due to injury, stiffness or ill health to have a gentle practice.
There are numerous ways of utilising the chair in our yoga practice; sometimes involving great strength and flexibility and other times keeping it simple and easy to access. I've created a playlist in my YouTube channel called "Yoga with a chair" that you can check out (see link below).
