This weeks video is a "15 Minute Movement" practice to enhance upper body strength.
Adho Mukha Svanasana - Downward Facing Dog Pose - to Pincha Mayurasana (prep) - Forearm Stand
Utilise Iyengar Yoga to develop upper body strength with Downward Facing Dog Pose and preparation for Forearm Stand. In this practice we'll mobilise the shoulders and progress from Downward Facing Dog Pose to an accessible variation of Forearm Stand. We'll bring in the use of a couple of yoga blocks and a belt to help access these poses with integrity.
