This weeks video is a brief tutorial on how to do the Triangle Pose.
Utthita Trikonasana - Extended Triangle Pose
Learn how to do Trikonasana - triangle pose - using these 3 tips. In this video we use the wall to help build awareness of alignment. We also utilise height under the front heel to encourage more weight into the ball of the foot which can help engage the legs in such a way as to prevent hyperextending the knee.
