This weeks video is a "15 Minute Movement" practice of some of our foundational standing poses.

Basic yoga standing poses

Enjoy a 15 minute Iyengar Yoga basic standing pose sequence - suitable for beginners. Together we practice:

Tadasana - mountain pose

Trikonasana - triangle pose

Ardha Chandrasana - half moon pose

Virabhadrasana II - warrior pose 2

Parsvakonasana - lateral angle pose

Uttanasana - intense stretch pose
